Handmade Festival Barcelona

Yesterday I visited the Handmade Festival in Barcelona to check the latest ideas and trends about crafting of all kinds. The space was distributed into 4 main areas: thread, paper, cooking, gardening, and you could find anything you needed for your hobbies. There were activities and workshops everywhere but most of them were expensive.

Here you have some of my favorites pictures:

I discovered a new material for my projects that is leather that you can dry emboss, perfect for covering books or photo albums. It is called Flex Plack and the online store is called Laura Pack, from France. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the smell (you know as if an animal was killed).

Moreover, I discovered Nanuk, a new project that you can find on etsy. They sell appliques to iron on other fabric. Their designs are sooooo cute, check them out.

Even the coffee was creative there. I will sure visit next year. 🙂
