My 2013 summer song

If there was a tradition in my house, that would be to watch Eurovision with my mom. We used to give marks to performaces, create lists of our favorites and the ones we thought that would win the contest. Now that we live 800 km away from each other, we have kept the tradition alive thanks to new technologies.

Some say Eurovision is just about politics or that it has no musical relevance whatsoever. Frankly I never guess the winner but I sometimes find a band or a singer that sticks with me. Last edition I discovered Gianluca Bezzina from Malta and his song Tommorrow. It’s been with me through all my summer road trips because I love its cute story and the happiness the rhythm brings. I wanted to share it with you to celebrate the 500 visits the blog has had since July.
